In the context of MEDAQCLIM project a lot of meetings with stakeholders of the study area have been arranged in order to investigate the climate change impact on Nestos river delta. Ιn particular, meetings were arranged with the following individuals.

• Researcher of the Fisheries Research Institute and former president of the National Park of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace Commission
• Director of Kavala Forest Service 

• Director of the Water Directorate of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace 
• Members of the Geotechnical Chamber of Greece
• Members of the Agricultural Fisheries Cooperative of Keramoti.
• Director of the Department of Fisheries of the Department of Rural Development and Economy
• Representatives of the Local Land Reclamation and Improvement Organizations of Chrisoupoli, Chrisohori and Thalasia-Kremasti 
• Director of the Rural Affairs Directorate of Eastern Macedonia – Thrace of the General Department of Forestry and Rural Affairs 
• Scientist of the Fisheries Research Institute 

The meetings helped the scientific team to identify the problems that arise in Nestos delta due to climate change and formulate the methodological framework of the project.
